Service Description
Vector-AI-Lab provides AI development, machine learning, data analytics, and related software development services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables specified in the project agreement. Vector-AI-Lab retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Source code and assets are transferred as per the signed contract.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon milestone completion or project delivery. Refunds are handled per the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Vector-AI-Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of deliverables complies with applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration or courts in Lahore, Pakistan, as specified in the project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. International clients may have additional terms in their project agreements.
Acceptable Use
Clients must not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate services if acceptable use is violated.
Modifications
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
